At White Lodge we aim to provide the highest standard of service and care for you and your pet. Your feedback is an essential part of monitoring how we’re doing and how we can improve.

If you have a suggestion or you would like to give feedback about the services we provide please see a member of our reception team.

All comments will be passed on to Helen Hughes, our Practice Manager.

Complaints Procedure

It is of particular importance to us that we offer an excellent service to our clients. If we do not meet your expectations, please inform us. We cannot remedy a problem if we do not know about it.

Please put your complaint in writing including your name, address and telephone number then pass it to our reception team.

The leaflet will be passed to Helen Hughes the Practice Manager, who will contact you at her earliest opportunity.
